Ensure that all items you have selected to return fit in one parcel. If all of the items don't fit into one parcel, please inform our Customer Care Professional and we will provide you with an additional shipping label.
You'll receive your shipping label once your return has been authorized, which you'll need to print and paste before dropping off your return at Ninja Point.

Drop off your parcels at any of our Ninja Points and we’ll take care of them. You will receive notifications once our warehouse received your parcel.
