All transactions Online will be eligible to earn F3 Points, provided that the email entered is the same as the F3 account. To checkout Online, F3 members will need to also register for the Online mailing list.
- What if I forgot my F3 password?
If you do not know or have forgotten your password, log on to member.f3.com.my, select “Forgot Password” and fill in the required information. A new password will be sent to your registered email address once we have verified that your F3 membership is valid. Do check your inbox / spam / junk / promotion folder.
- When will my point be reflected in my F3 account?
- For in-store purchases, the points will be reflected immediately
- For online purchases, the points will be reflected after the return period has lapsed
- Where can I check my F3 points and profile?
You can login to member.f3.com.my or utilize the F3 Mobile App to access your F3 account.
